- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.- Optimize campaigns to increase reach, generate leads, enhance transactions, and reduce costs.- Manage and research digital platforms to develop brand presence and lead base.- Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results.- Develop and implement email marketing strategies to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.- Utilize CRM systems to manage and segment customer data effectively.- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams to align marketing strategies with customer journey stages.- Manage content calendars for all published content (images, video, and written) on social media platforms.- Provide recommendations to optimize digital marketing strategies.- Stay ahead of industry trends and employ innovative SMM/SEM strategies.

Requirements

Requirements and Skills:

- Proven experience in SEO and SEM, managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing.- Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.- Proficient in website analytics tools like Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends.- Experience with bid management tools such as Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite.- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.- BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field preferred.
