  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Quality Control: Monitor fabric quality during production processes and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and production staff to communicate issues and enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine performance metrics.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a technician in textile machinery is required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
