Use yourcommunication skills and troubleshooting abilityto delight thousands of users worldwide As aCustomer Success Associate , you’ll work closely with ourco-founders and product specialiststo ensure our product becomes a key part of our customers' business success.What Your Week Looks Like: ✅Support & Troubleshoot:Respond to complex product queries from highly qualified customers via chat, email, and phone. ✅Hands-On Assistance:Engage in remote web sessions to diagnose and resolve technical issues. ✅Collaborate & Solve:Work with product specialists to findcreative solutionsto business challenges. ✅Follow Up & Ensure Success:Proactively check in with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved. ✅Test & Improve:Identify product malfunctions and report them for enhancement. ✅Stay Cool Under Pressure:Because great support comes withpatience and a smile . ☺What We’re Looking For: 1-2 years of experience in Application Support, Customer Success, or Technical Support. Bachelor’s degreein Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ️Fluent English communicationwith excellent comprehension and the ability to "read between the lines." Flexibility to work in shifts. A positive attitude, empathy, and customer-first mindset. Meticulous, systematic, and detail-oriented approach.
