About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Process Trainer with a strong background in international voice operations to deliver end-to-end training for new hires and existing employees. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of process knowledge, and a proven record of improving performance through impactful training interventions.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) for international voice processes.- Design and deliver training modules focused on process knowledge, soft skills, systems, and compliance.- Evaluate trainee performance and provide continuous coaching for improvement.- Work closely with operations and quality teams to identify training needs and skill gaps.- Prepare and maintain training calendars, reports, and feedback summaries.- Drive refresher and upskilling programs to improve productivity and quality scores.- Ensure adherence to client-defined SLAs and quality standards.Key Skills & Requirements:- Minimum 2 years as a Process Trainer / Communication Trainer in an international voice setup (US/UK process preferred).- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Should be flexible with rotational shifts.- Experience in banking, telecom, healthcare, or BFSI voice processes will be an added advantage.Educational Qualification:- Graduate / Post-Graduate in any stream.
