Role Overview 

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated PreSales Lead to join our team. This full-time remote role will put you at the forefront of customer engagement, showcasing the value of our HCM and other solutions. You'll play a key role in driving sales and helping clients understand how our offerings can address their specific needs.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead Generation & Cold Calling : Proactively identify potential clients via calls, emails, and other outreach strategies to build a robust pipeline. 
  • Prospecting & Customer Engagement : Build meaningful connections with prospects, using a consultative approach to understand their needs. 
  • Customer Demos : Deliver tailored product demonstrations that highlight our solution's value in solving client challenges. 
  • Solution Consulting : Collaborate with clients to address HR and workforce management needs, recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Proposal Development : Assist in preparing persuasive proposals that align with client goals
  • Customer-Facing Communication : Serve as the main point of contact during the pre-sales process, ensuring exceptional service. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure a smooth pre-sales experience.  


Qualifications 

  • Proven experience of 3-5 Years in a pre-sales with HCM/HR Tech products/services
  •  Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex solutions clearly. 
  • Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, and customer acquisition. 
  • Client-centric mindset, ability to take engaging product demoes focused on solving client challenges. 
  • Experience with HCM platforms like Darwin Box, Keka, or Adrenalin will be a plus
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
