As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs, ensure the security of our cloud environments, and optimize performance. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in cloud management, API integration, and cybersecurity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) to support business applications.
  • Develop and maintain APIs to integrate various cloud services and applications.
  • Implement and manage cloud security measures, including firewalls, encryption, identity, and access management.
  • Monitor cloud performance and optimize resources to ensure high availability and cost-efficiency.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
  • Automate cloud operations using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-related issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies, trends, and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, with a strong focus on cloud management, API integration, and cybersecurity.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong understanding of API design and development, including RESTful and SOAP APIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud security best practices and tools.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
