ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

ITIL Process Awareness (Incident, Change and Problem Management)Trained in Soft Skills and Business CommunicationStrong Analytical and Problem-Solving SkillsExcellent in Verbal and Written communicationWillingness and flexibility to learn new technologies, scale up quickly, and adapt to different roles as the situation demands

Incident, Problem & Service Request Management (Managing Incidents/Tasks/Problems within Service Level Agreement and ensuring that SLA is met, as expected)Prioritizing tickets to be resolved based on age and SLA criteriaPerform the below activities as per standard operating procedures

Open support cases for Clients products before Level 3Co-ordinate with level 3 team members before escalating to level 3Identify and automate repetitive tasks as neededBuild automation scripts,Maintain scripts for system administrationManaging and documenting knowledge artifacts.Perform analysis of repeated incidents and come up solutions that help in preventing such incidents.
