Role Purpose:

The primary objective of this role is to support Wholesale Onboarding processes, with a focus on KYC processing, quality checks, reporting, and resolving issues. The role requires strong collaboration with various teams and clients to ensure efficient and compliant onboarding processes.


Accountabilities include :

  • Day-to-day management of Wholesale Onboarding activities, including KYC and Quality Checking.
  • Client engagement for gathering Customer Due Diligence information.
  • Developing and implementing processes and controls to ensure operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Leading improvements in onboarding processes and aligning them across the organization.
