Process Monitoring: Track processes, analyse data, and address deviations to meet quality objectives. o Inspection & Testing: Perform inspections and tests, and document results to identify defects. o Root Cause Analysis: Investigate defects and implement corrective and preventive actions. o Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance processes and product quality. o Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and update quality records and generate performance reports. o Training & Education: Train production teams on quality standards and best practices. o Customer Quality Support: Resolve customer complaints and participate in audits. o Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams to address quality concerns and improve process o Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate risks in new or modified processes. o Statistical Analysis: Use statistical tools to analyze trends and improve process quality. FunctionalSkills 8D Problem-Solving, SPC, GD&T, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and 7 QC Tools BehavioralSkills Take initiative and teamwork, with a proven ability to build high-performing teams. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Clear communication and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Attention to detail with an analytical approach to solving problems. Expertise in chargeback management and resolving supplier issues. Skilled in Kaizen (continuous improvement) to enhance processes.
