As Sales Manager at Miduty, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering strong customer relationships within the nutraceutical industry. Your responsibilities will encompass leading and motivating a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and uphold Miduty's reputation for quality and innovation. Key aspects of your role may include:


Location: Gurgaon

Job Type: Work from Office

Working Days: 6 days working, 2nd & 4th Sat Off


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Establish and communicate clear performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Reach monthly sales goals determined
  • Optimise calling scripts
  • Optimise call allocations, data calling, past customer callings
  • Maintain efficiency of call softwares, Sales CRM
  • Create Sales CRM Journeys
  • Work closely with marketing to create effective promotional materials and campaigns that align with our product offerings.
  • Carry quarterly quota in order to reach annual goals
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track customer interactions, and forecast sales trends.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.


Qualifications

  • 3 or more years previous consultative and solution based sales experience.
  • Experience with Sales CRM (Zoho/Leadsquared/Ameyo/others)
  • Good Excel skills (Pivot tables, Vlookup)
