We are seeking a Corporate and Retail Sales Manager who is passionate about promoting natural beauty solutions and expanding our global reach. This role is crucial for lead generation, B2B sales, corporate sales, and driving business growth within the natural skincare sector, both domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, sales, and business development specifically within the natural beauty industry, focusing on both domestic and international markets.
- Manage client relationships and build a robust network within the industry to secure new business opportunities for natural and eco-friendly products, with a strong emphasis on exporting these products outside of India.
- Coordinate and actively participate in B2B sales efforts that promote the international growth and market penetration of our natural beauty products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and solutions with company goals, particularly in promoting the benefits of natural skincare on a global scale.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of global market trends, competitor activities,and potential for new natural products and services in international markets.
- Represent the company at international industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our natural product lines and forge new business relationships.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities through strategic partnerships with international retailers and corporate clients focused on natural beauty.
- Track sales performance and strategically push for ways to ensure targets are met or exceeded in the natural products category, with a special focus on export markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Min 5 years industry experience in the Beauty & Cosmetics industry.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or a similar role within the natural beauty industry, including experience with international markets.
- Strong network and contacts within the natural beauty sector through previous roles, with an ability to leverage relationships for export opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in multiple languages being an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen understanding of business metrics and revenue targets, both domestically and internationally.
- Passion for natural beauty and a commitment to promoting sustainable and innovative skincare solutions on a global scale.
