Role Description We’re seeking a Commission Sales Associate to join our growing digital marketing team. This is a remote, part-time, commission-based role, ideal for someone who’s driven, persuasive, and passionate about helping businesses grow through effective marketing. You’ll be responsible for: Identifying and qualifying potential clients through outreach and networking Understanding client pain points and presenting tailored marketing solutions Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients Managing the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure Following up on inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale Meeting or exceeding monthly targets Performance Expectations To ensure clarity and growth, here’s what’s expected from you: Targets & Milestones Close at least 5 deals per month (average-sized marketing packages or equivalent value) Consistent performance over 3 months will make you eligible for a base pay + commission structure Underperformance (fewer than 3 deals/month consistently) may lead to role review Example Path to Growth Month 1–3: 100% commission-based (uncapped earnings) After Month 3: Base pay + commission (based on achieving 5+ deals per month average) Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills Experience in sales, lead generation, and client management Basic knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and advertising Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills Ability to work effectively in a remote capacity Prior experience in marketing or advertising agencies is a plus Commission-based (no base pay initially) High commission percentage on every closed deal Base pay added after 3 months upon achieving targets Opportunity for increased commission rates as performance scale Work remotely with flexible hours Earn uncapped commissions, your effort directly drives your income Represent a fast-growing, creative digital marketing agency Be part of a results-driven, collaborative, and growth-oriented team
