Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic PR plans to achieve clients' objectives and goals.Cultivate and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and stakeholders.Write press releases, pitches, and other PR materials to effectively communicate clients' messages.Coordinate media interviews, press conferences, and events on behalf of clients.Monitor media coverage and analyze results to measure the success of PR efforts.Provide strategic counsel to clients on PR best practices, crisis management, and reputation management.Stay updated on industry trends, news, and developments to identify opportunities for clients.Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, creative professionals, and digital marketers, to deliver integrated PR campaigns.

Requirements:Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field3+ years of experience in public relations, preferably within an agency settingStrong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detailProven track record of securing media placements and building relationships with journalistsExcellent time management skills to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneouslyProficiency in PR software/tools, media databases, and social media platforms

Hybrid; Reporting at HMLC Office in Gurugram
