We are looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer with a strong background in IRM/DRM solutions to manage, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience, including at least 3 years focused on managing and integrating IRM/DRM solutions. This role requires proficiency in handling multiple environments (Windows, Linux, Unix), automating processes, and troubleshooting complex network security incidents. If you have a keen eye for security policies, network troubleshooting, and a proactive approach to incident management, we invite you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
IRM/DRM Management & Implementation:
Lead the management, commissioning, and integration of IRM/DRM solutions, ensuring their smooth deployment across various environments (DC/DR/Cloud/Branch Office). Integrate these solutions with management and authentication tools such as Active Directory (AD), IAM, SIEM, and others.
Security Incident & Problem Management:
Proactively monitor and manage IRM/DRM incidents, performing in-depth incident analysis and response. Resolve issues related to network, transport, session, presentation, and application layers of the OSI model, ensuring minimal service degradation.
Network Security Configuration & Automation:
Automate processes using scripting and SOAR tools, configuring and managing policies, exceptions, and security settings. Ensure that IRM/DRM systems are integrated with security dashboards, AD, PAM, and other InfoSec tools through REST API/SDK.
Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
Utilize network monitoring tools to isolate potential issues and mitigate service degradation. Conduct regular performance checks on network devices and perform immediate troubleshooting for any outages or issues as reported by users or systems.
Security Policy & Documentation Management:
Implement and enforce network security policies, procedures, and standards. Maintain and update technical documentation, network diagrams, inventory control, and security documentation to ensure accurate reporting.
Team Coordination & Support:
Coordinate with internal IT support teams, helpdesk, and application support teams to resolve high-priority incidents. Mentor and lead L1 & L2 engineers, ensuring prompt resolution of incidents and compliance with SLA requirements.
Compliance & Audits:
Oversee patch management and upgrades as per compliance and audit requirements. Ensure timely closure of audit points and compliance tasks in accordance with agreed timelines.
TAC Support & Vendor Coordination:
Coordinate with OEMs for support related to TAC, RMA, replacements, and reconfiguration of IRM/DRM solutions, ensuring ongoing service levels and network security integrity.
Network Troubleshooting & Incident Response:
Utilize tools like Wireshark/Pcap to analyze and troubleshoot network packets. Investigate, isolate, and resolve IRM/DRM-related incidents, providing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) where necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience & Expertise:
1-6 years of experience in network security, with at least 3 years managing IRM/DRM solutions. Proficient in managing, deploying, and troubleshooting security infrastructures and solutions.
Technical Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with various IRM/DRM solutions (preferably Seclore IRM/DRM) and their integration with Active Directory (AD), IAM, SIEM, PAM, and other security tools. Knowledge of packet capture, analysis, and troubleshooting (e.g., Wireshark/Pcap).
Scripting & Automation:
Experience in automating processes using scripting and SOAR tools. Strong knowledge of network security automation, and integrating tools via REST API/SDK.
Network Security Policy Management:
Expertise in implementing, maintaining, and enforcing network security policies, standards, and procedures, particularly for IRM/DRM solutions.
Leadership & Collaboration:
Ability to lead and mentor a team of L1 & L2 engineers, ensuring SLA compliance and timely issue resolution. Strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
Compliance & Incident Management:
Knowledge of handling compliance requirements and performing timely patch updates. Proficiency in incident monitoring, troubleshooting, and service management (e.g., ticket closure, escalation).
Vendor & TAC Support Coordination:
Experience working with vendors for TAC support, RMA, and reconfiguration of security systems.
