Location – Ramanujan IT City, Chennai (Onsite working Model)

Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and maintain SOX compliance programs.• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and internal audits to identify and mitigate compliance risks.• Identify control gaps and work with process owners to develop remediation plans.• Maintain comprehensive documentation to support SOX compliance efforts.• Evaluate and document internal controls to ensure compliance with SOX requirements.• Ensure timely implementation of corrective actions to address the internal & external assessment findings.• Design and deliver training programs on SOX compliance for employees.• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of compliance activities.• Prepare detailed reports on the status of SOX compliance efforts.• Communicate compliance metrics, issues, and improvements to relevant stakeholders.• Implement best practices for internal controls and financial reporting.

Education Requirement:

A minimum of 70% in the highest level of education attained

Qualifications:

Knowledge of SOX compliance, internal auditing, or a related field.Thorough understanding of SOX requirements.Knowledge of risk assessment, internal controls, and compliance audits.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Holding certification on SOX will be an added advantage.
