Senior Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate the activities of Construction and Interior teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project execution.
Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and minimizing unnecessary expenses. Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving strategies where feasible.
Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of project engineers, architects, contractors, and laborers. Provide direction, support, and motivation to ensure productivity and project success.
Scheduling & Timelines: Establish clear project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure the timely completion of all project phases. Address delays and ensure work is completed according to the schedule.
Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing any concerns, and managing expectations.
Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance: Monitor construction activities to ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on-site to prevent accidents and injuries.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to the project, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues proactively to minimize project disruptions.
Contract Management: Review and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure all contractual obligations are met and resolve any disputes that arise.
Permits & Legal Compliance: Ensure the project complies with all local building codes, zoning laws, and other legal requirements. Obtain necessary permits and approvals before the start of the project.
Progress Reporting: Regularly report on the project’s progress to senior management, stakeholders, and clients, detailing budget adherence, timeline status, and overall project performance.
Qualifications:
Full-time BE Civil Engineering (specific roles may vary)
5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in project management software
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is a plus.
