About the Rol e:


The chief financial officer (CFO) will play a critical role in developing and implementing the financial business strategy. As a member of the senior leadership team, CFO will be an advisor to CEO and other Functional Heads, evaluating and assisting them with their financial plans and economic modelling



Responsibiliti es:


  • Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO.
  • Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
  • Prior Experience in LAG (Loan Against GOLD) - MANDATORY
  • Liaison with the Indian Banking regulatory authority -RBI - MANDATORY
  • Strategic planning, budgeting and reporting - ensure preparation of strategic plans, budgets and forecasts, ensure financial viabilities of business transactions, and ensure robust management information systems are in place.
  • Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits. Engage the audit, and investment committees around issues, trends, and changes in the operating model(s) and operational delivery.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
  • Manage relationships with banks


Qualifications: Chartered Accountant


Required Skills:

  • Strong finance-based analytical skills
  • 4+ years of finance experience in a Bank/NBFC
