(Fill the details) Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. will be generated which starts from EP2025XXXX. Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID. Eligibility: Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for employee support. • Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and reporting. • Understanding of end-to-end HR service delivery models. • Support HR operations projects Good to have skills : HR operations or benefits administration Aware of compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: • Administer and maintain employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, leave management, and wellness initiatives. • Handle employee queries related to benefits, policy interpretation, and eligibility. • Maintain employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy
