As UX/Interaction designer you lay the foundation for fantastic end-to-end user experiences. You have an appetite for complex challenges and can’t wait to translate them into beautiful and smart digital products. Responsibilities:

  • Apply generative methods to uncover potential challenges and opportunities
  • Translate strategy into well thought-through journeys, flows and wireframes
  • Substantiating your design choices with annotations, specifications and animations
  • Presenting your work to clients and stakeholders and handle input and feedback
  • Work back-to-back with visual designers on the final product and delivery
  • Create simple prototypes (and validate these with users if needed)
  • Support less experienced designers on your projects
  • Seamlessly collaborating with multiple stakeholders and internal departments through the lifecycle of your projects

You:

  • Have 3+ years of experience as Interaction/UX designer at an agency, consultancy firm or renowned brand;
  • Are based (or willing to relocate) to Mumbai;
  • Are a strong communicator. Professional level spoken and written English is a must for this role;
  • A completed bachelor- or masters degree in a relevant field
  • Have experience with digital projects for local or international A-brands, demonstrated through a portfolio (website, Figma or PDF)
  • Have experience with working in multidisciplinary teams;
  • Have a strong appreciation for aesthetics and are familiar with motion
