Production House PartnershipsConnect with Production Houses, Casting Agencies, Directors, and Line ProducersIntroduce the reelOn platform and onboard them to post casting and crew jobsMaintain regular communication and build long-term relationships2. Professional Institutes OnboardingVisit Acting Schools, Dance Academies, Music Institutes, and Film Training CentresConduct demos and explain platform benefits to students and facultyDrive student registrations and support workshop coordination3. College & Youth EngagementEngage with Colleges, Media Departments, and Student ClubsOrganize contests, open mics, and campus activationsPromote student participation and creative content on reelOn4. Brand Collaborations & Influencer MarketingReach out to brands and agencies for sponsorships and influencer partnershipsSupport in executing in-film branding, college campaigns, and branded talent huntsCollaborate with the marketing team for on-ground promotionsWhat We’re Looking For 1–2 years of B2B sales, partnerships, or business development experienceStrong communication and presentation skillsComfortable with field work and client interactionsA deep passion for film, media, or entertainment is a big plusMust own a two-wheeler (Travel allowance provided)Energetic, self-driven, and result-oriented with the ability to meet targetsCompensation & Benefits Salary: Up to ₹3.6 LPAInsurance coverage providedFuel allowance for travelImmediate joiners preferred
