Role Location: Mumbai, India (On-site, Hybrid)

Full-time, on-site in Powai, Mumbai

Currently, we work 3 days a week from office and 2 remote - this might change in the future

Product Status and Priorities

Founded in March 2024, over the last 7 months, we have gone from idea to launch of a HIPAA-compliant SOC2 Type 2 certified product in the US market. We have very encouraging initial traction, as a result of which our immediate priorities include:

- Hardening the product: make it more scaleable, reliable and secure- Improving the AI- Expanding the features- Launching apps for other players in the ecosystem

Expectations from you - Tech expert with Product thinking mindset

You will:

- Be hands-on with coding and cloud architecture for our product / suite of products- Fine-tune the current LLM and integrate other AI models for audio-visual analytics and predictions- Design and implement Solution Architecture for products- Own and manage the cloud and data architectures- Lead the HIPAA, SOC2 Type 2 and other infosec compliance efforts, when needed- Offer thought leadership on ways for faster, reliable, cheaper and more secure development of the product- Champion lean product development and progressive product releases.- Lay the handbook for robust SDLC documentation- Hire and grow the engineering organization- Mentor the team and help their career growth- Collaborate with Product, Design and Marketing team members to keep everyone on the same page with product priorities and development planning- Be flexible and comfortable working in a small team - specialist in 1 area, generalist in others is a great fit- Make technology advancements with customer/user-first mindset

Compensation

Fixed salary + sizeable equity + fantastic colleagues
