OUr Website Portfolio:Ready/ Launched: Handmade soaps, Essential oils, Cold processed oils, Hair serum, Hair oil, Lip balm, Plant based SqualaneIn the pipeline: Soothing & cleansing liquids, bath salts, body butter, face pack, face scrub, face wash, bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, face serum etc.

Summary of the position: This position will be based in Mumbai and the incumbent shall be responsible for helping Plug N Play to acquire targeted business from HORECA Segment by actively sourcing new leads, optimizing pipelines, managing activations, analysing competition and conducting market research.

Essential Functions:• Sell to customer needs while achieving forecasted sales targets, product mix and KPI• Create & Manage the sales Funnel for HORECA Business• Plan and execute activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards• Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships• Expand product basket, introduce new products or services to clients and organize visits to current and potential clients• Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information• Attend and represent the Company at local and national exhibitions and meetings.• Ensuring timely collection of account receivable• Any other ad-hoc assignedRequirements:• Graduate/ MBA with a minimum experience of 5+ years in HORECA business.• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Ability to manage schedules & sales Funnel effectively• Demonstrated negotiation skills• Experience of having handled luxury personal care products will be an added advantageWhat’s in it for you?• Mentoring by highly experienced & skilled seniors• Chance to be part of a fast-growing global organization• Attractive compensation & bonus plans (budget INR 8-11 lacs)
