Role Purpose The purpose of the role is to create visually appealing and impactful designs that align with CAVA’s vision and goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce a wide range of design materials, ensuring consistent quality and brand representation across various platforms.Responsibility-> Design CreationDevelop innovative and visually striking design concepts for social media posts, reels and stories basis briefs, copy texts & photo assets.Designing & editing of creatives for Meta advertsEditing of Long form content - YouTube channelNew collection launch banners for website.Design web graphics, social media visuals, email templates, and other online content to enhance our online presence and engagement.Produce custom illustrations or graphics to complement design projects or convey specific CAVA messages effectively.-> BrandingAssist in maintaining and evolving the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency in design elements, colour palettes, typography, and overall aestheticsAbility to add a creative streak to briefs for marketing campaigns-> Collaboration & Feedback IntegrationWork closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audiencesIncorporate feedback from stakeholders into design iterations, ensuring that the final output aligns with expectations- > Trends and InnovationStay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team-> Project ManagementManage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality-> Software ProficiencyUtilize graphic design software (e.g. - Adobe photoshop/lightroom; Adobe illustrator; Adobe premier pro/rush; Canva; In shots/ some video editing application) proficiently to execute design tasks effectivelyQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experienceProven experience & keen aesthetic as a Graphic Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of diverse design work in athleisure and fashion e-comm spaceProficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe photoshop/lightroom; Adobe illustrator; Adobe premier pro/rush; Canva; In shots/ some video editing application)Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniquesKnowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plusStrong passion for design and a willingness to explore new techniques and approaches
