Company Description

Leafoberryy is a fast-growing skincare brand committed to delivering natural and effective products to our customers across India. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai and drive the expansion of our brand to distributors and retailers across the country.

Role Description

This is a full-time on site and off site role for a Sales & Marketing Manager at Leafoberryy. The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, managing the sales team, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to push Leafoberryy products to distributors and retailers across India, ensuring maximum market penetration.

Distributor & Retailer Management: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with distributors and retailers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to promote and sell our products.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential sales channels, understand market trends, and assess competitor activities to position our products effectively.

Sales Targets: Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in line with the company's objectives.

Promotional Activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and other marketing activities to boost product visibility and sales.

Training & Support: Provide training and support to distributors and retailers on product knowledge, sales techniques, and promotional strategies.

Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, analyze performance, and provide insights and recommendations to the senior management team.

Travel: Willingness to travel across India as required to meet with distributors and retailers and expand the brand’s reach.

Qualifications

- Must have experience more than 2 year in relevant field- Freshers are not eligible- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies- Strong leadership and team management abilities- In-depth knowledge of market research and analysis- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently- Strong understanding of the skincare market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors and retailers.- Proven track record of leading sales teams and driving business growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 8.4 LPA
