We're seeking a Senior Systems Engineer, TechnologyOne Student Systems to lead the configuration, integration, and continuous improvement of our student systems, delivering connected, AI-enabled experiences across the student lifecycle. You will make an impact by: Optimising TechnologyOne Student modules to deliver a seamless, connected student experience Integrating and automating lifecycle processes across admissions, enrolment, assessment, and graduation Enhancing decision making and service efficiency using AI and Analytics Leading system upgrades, performance optimization, and compliance activities Collaborating across student services, academic teams, and IT to deliver user-centered solutions Contributing to innovation and continuous improvement in SCU’s digital student ecosystem What you will bring You’re a strategic thinker and hands-on technical leader with expertise in TechnolgoyOne Student Systems and a passion for improving student experiences through digital innovation.  To succeed in this role, you will also need: Strong experience in configuring and managing TechnologyOne Student modules Proven track record of integrating complex systems and automating processes Advanced understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance Excellent stakeholder engagement and communications skills A tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline Familiarity with cloud platforms Azure, analytics tools such as Power BI, and ERP systems in highly regarded Why Southern Cross University SCU is proudly a regional university, young, small and vibrant.
