Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Client Acquisitions Manager to lead our client acquisition efforts in the recruitment and staffing industry. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying potential clients, understanding their hiring needs, and delivering tailored staffing solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment trends, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the recruitment and staffing sector.- Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients and achieve revenue targets.- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
1. Client Engagement
- Conduct market research to understand clients' recruitment challenges and hiring needs.- Present staffing solutions to prospective clients, highlighting how our services can address their requirements.- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients.
1. Relationship Management
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring exceptional service delivery.- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns to maintain high retention rates.
1. Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.- Provide insights to the leadership team to refine service offerings and strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field (Master's preferred).- Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development in the recruitment and staffing industry.- Strong understanding of staffing services, recruitment processes, and industry dynamics.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets consistently.
