Job Title: Graphic DesignerLocation : Bengaluru (On-site)Experience : 2+ YearsType : Full-timeAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a creative and digitally-savvy Graphic Designer who can also independently manage social media content planning and execution . This is an ideal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, brand storytelling, and social engagement.As part of Growth Hackers—one of India’s fastest-growing creative and performance marketing agencies—you will be the key design + content partner for one of our clients.You’ll not only be designing social-first creatives (posts, reels, ad creatives) but will also contribute to the planning, publishing, and performance tracking of those creatives across platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDesignDesign platform-specific creatives (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) including:Static posts, carousels, reels covers, stories, GIFsHigh-conversion ad creatives for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn adsCampaign visual identity and monthly theme boardsEnsure brand consistency while bringing freshness and experimentationWork closely with marketing managers and copywriters to co-create ideasSocial Media ExecutionPlan monthly content calendars in collaboration with the strategy teamPublish and schedule posts on social media platformsMonitor engagement, highlight top-performing creatives, and suggest design iterationsStay updated on algorithm changes, trends, formats, and hashtagsWhat You’ll Need to Succeed2+ years of hands-on design experience with a strong portfolio in social-first contentProficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva , and basic video/motion tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut (bonus)Understanding of platform-specific nuances (e.g. post vs. story vs. carousel vs. ad creative)Strong eye for color, typography, layout, and brand visual languageAbility to manage deadlines across multiple content dropsCollaborative mindset and openness to feedbackBonus: Experience working with D2C, FMCG, or lifestyle brandsWhy Join Growth Hackers?Work on real brand challenges—not generic templatesBe part of a passionate, idea-driven teamLearn performance + creative marketing under one roofUse AI tools and analytics to enhance your creative impactFlexible, feedback-driven culture with strong career growth
