The Associate Vice President of Operations ( US Payroll) is designed to manage the day-to-day activities in the organizations client facing payroll function . This position will oversee our growing team of Payroll Managers and Supervisors.
Responsibilities :
Oversee the payroll managers of a specified region within our nationwide organization.
Responsible for formulating and implementing strategies and policies related to the US payroll function.
Assist with payroll software training, review forms and SOPs with division partners.
As an AVP, this position is designed to support, communicate and train employees within the department.
Work with other department leadership, new clients, mentor and develop payroll managers .
Skills required:
Knowledge of US payroll and its processing
Time management
Decision making skills
Must display leadership qualities.
Ability to efficiently organize work activities to meet daily and weekly deadlines.
Ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Intermediate to strong skills in MS Office, including Excel and Outlook
Working Hours:
US / night shifts
5 days of working from office
