The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on social media performance, creating detailed reports, and providing insights to improve our social media strategy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Social Media Performance Tracking:** - Monitor and track performance metrics for social media posts across various platforms (Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube etc.). - Analyze engagement rates, reach, impressions, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

2. **Data Analysis and Reporting:** - Compile and analyze social media data to create comprehensive reports. - Utilize tools and software to extract and analyze data, with a strong emphasis on Excel. - Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports detailing social media performance.

3. **Insights and Recommendations:** - Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in social media performance. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize social media strategies.

4. **Collaboration and Communication:** - Work closely with the social media and marketing teams to understand goals and objectives. - Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders.

5. **Tool Utilization:** - Proficient use of social media analytics tools and platforms, especially Meta's analytics tools. - Maintain and update data tracking systems and Excel sheets regularly.

6. **Continuous Improvement:** - Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. - Continuously seek ways to improve reporting processes and data accuracy.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field. - Proven experience in social media analytics and reporting. - Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools. - Familiarity with social media platforms and their analytics tools, particularly Meta. - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience with additional social media analytics tools (e.G., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics). - Previous experience in a similar role within a marketing or social media team. - Knowledge of social media advertising metrics and analysis.
