The HR Business Partner will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Daily tasks include overseeing performance management processes, providing support in various HR functions, and partnering with management to ensure alignment with business objectives.Qualifications- Experience in HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) management- Skills in managing Employee Relations and understanding of Labor and Employment Law- Proficiency in Performance Management processes- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Relevant certifications in Human Resources or related fields are a plus- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
