Propelld is seeking professionals with a proven business generation impact especially those with experience in lending, fintech, or NBFCs.

Responsibilities:

  • An avid digital marketeer and technology enthusiast whose goal will be to drive new user growth, user engagement and cross sell.
  • Develop and execute below-the-line (BTL) digital marketing strategies to generate high-value leads and boost customer acquisition.
  • Create and manage strategic performance marketing campaigns across various online channels (Google App Store, Google AdWords, Display, Facebook, etc.) aimed at scaling business generation through high-quality leads.
  • Optimize SEO efforts to enhance organic traffic and increase Propelld's visibility in key markets.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and ensure consistent lead generation growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and support Propelld's growth targets.
  • Prepare for future scalability by implementing long-term growth strategies to enhance business impact.

These are the core competencies this role calls for:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, business growth, and business generation.
  • Track record of scaling lead generation from 20-50 crores or beyond.
  • Prior experience in fintech, lending, or NBFC companies is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical abilities to track and improve campaign performance with a focus on business outcomes.
  • Expertise in SEO, performance marketing, and lead generation across multiple platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and performance tracking platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-driven mentality

  • Willingness to go the extra mile

These qualifications are nice to have: Graduate from IIT/IIM/ISB/BITS preferred.
