Role :

- Would be responsible for handling transaction & banking businesses like Payments Collections Fixed Deposits FX Electronic Transfers Online Payment Gateway Asset business & other banking & financial products to the Govt. clients
- Create a rapport with the top management of all the clientele
- Deepening of existing clients and increase CASA
- Generate leads and Work closely with the Retail Branch for ensuring efficient service to clients
Requirements
- Should have an eye for acquiring High Value relationships
- Should possess Negotiation Skills and requisite skill sets in making presentations to Senior Management for sealing Deals
- Create a rapport with the top management of all the clientele
- Good communication and presentation skills negotiation skills with ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization and outside environment strong sales and relationship management skills.
- Relevant work experience of 5 yrs and above
- Needs to have very strong Banking knowledge and should be well versed with the products processes and systems of the bank. Needs to be approachable and should have the ability to guide and be the first point of contact for the employees.
- Accuracy and analytical ability on MIS
- Able to manage and drive various Learning events
- Eye for details Meticulous
- Govt business only candidate who have a Book of 40 to 100 CR CASA Govt Business and take care of 10 Branches.
- Not Required Retails Person Who doesn t have any Experience in GOVT Business
