Job Summary: The Business Development Executive will drive growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities building strong client relationships and expanding the company s market presence. This role involves developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets conducting market research and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver innovative solutions.Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking cold calling and market research.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present proposals negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and improve offerings.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales or business development roles.
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field preferred.
