Position: Business Development Team Lead (India) Work model and location: Remote within India Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the development and execution of strategies to enhance market presence and drive business growth.Formulate and implement plans that target both revenue generation and customer satisfaction.Conduct market research to explore new opportunities, assess customer demands, and stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients and strategic partners to present the company's offerings.Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.Initiate and manage client onboarding processes for relevant services or accounts.Provide client support and training on the use of relevant platforms or software tools.Share general insights on market trends and developments, while refraining from offering personalized advice.Ensure adherence to organizational standards for client engagement and professional communication.Follow regulatory and internal compliance procedures related to client documentation and account management.Build strategic partnerships and promote collaboration with market intermediaries and affiliates.Organize educational or promotional events, such as webinars and seminars, in coordination with partners. REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, preferably within the financial services or Forex/FX.Solid understanding of financial markets and industry practices.Familiarity with trading platforms such as MT4/MT5 is an advantage.Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems and trading platforms is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and follow-up capabilities.Keen interest in market dynamics and financial trends.Effective reporting and documentation skills.Ability to analyze and interpret market data and industry news.
