The Facilities Manager will be responsible for allwest Sort centeroperations facilities planning, and for managing our 3rd party service providers for maintenance and facilities services.Roles and Responsibility: -Responsible He should responsible to drive the HI project, Project elevate and HK sop standardization activity in west region as per project elevate guideline . - Responsiblefor the overall building and facilities maintenance (Reliability,Performance, Cost, etc.) - Responsiblefor equipment maintenance (Trolleys, Conveyors, work stations, LabelingMachines, PLC control systems, electrical systems etc.) leading a team of3rd party technicians - Developand apply Preventive Maintenance Routines on equipment. - Developand implement vendor AMCs with appropriate service levels for equipment - Followup required material purchasing with the Procurement Team - Developand implement a spare part identification and maintaining stock levels - Providefeedback and analysis on equipment performance and availability - Manageday to day issues on equipment with the Operations teams, definingPriorities with Operation, and organize the work with his team - Responsibleto manage a team of Maintenance technicians and 3rd party facilitiesservice provider. Define goals, priorities, organized staff planning,staff training to ensure service levels. - Responsibleto keep people working in a safe environment, applying the Amazon SafetyPolicy and working with the Safety team to improve safety on site. - Responsiblefor building housekeeping to keep the site within 5S standards - Supportthe Engineering team for installation of new equipment - Be aleader within the group as well as within other teams. - Bepositive and offer creative out of the box solutions. - Provideimmediate technical guidance to operations during critical events. - Havefun and work hardKey job responsibilities Candidate should be ware aware of HVAC system and he should have the good knowledge of execution. He is the POC for the west region to drive all the Heat Index project, project elevate and standardization ofSOP in the west region by coordinating all stake holder. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical/Controls Engineering or Diploma holder (Engineer preferred) with equivalent experience. 4+ cumulative years of experience with industrial or commercial engineering in Mission Critical facilities. (Experienced Engineer).- Significantimpactful experience in a similar role ideally in a fast-paced industrial,logistics, production or manufacturing environment· - Resultsoriented approach with good analytical, team leadership and organizationalskills· - Abilityto work under pressure in a cross functional organization. Ability to workwith minimal supervision· - Electricaland Mechanical Background, ·Experience in installation, commissioning andoperations of Electrical distribution systems (HT & LT), HVACinstallation, Fire Alarm and Suppression systems, General building MEPsystems, Material Handling and conveying equipment/systems - Experienceof Subcontractor management to ensure quality of work· - Experiencein troubleshooting installation, fault finding, and repairs· - Abilityto read technical drawings and manuals· - Previousexperience in a supervisory role managing people· - Computerskills (MS Office-required, CMMS,AUTOCAD - preferred etc.)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: BE or Diploma ( Electrical/Electronics) with more than 4 years ofexperience in warehousing, building services, manufacturing, maintenanceof utilities and buildings, automation & controlsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
