Dedicated to delivering an unparalleled culinary journey, we provide a unique and intimate dining experience.Lead Bartender – Full-Time (On-Site) | MumbaiWe are looking for a Lead Bartender to join our team immediately. Until we receive our liquor license, you will be responsible for developing a creative zero-proof beverage menu while maintaining the highest standards of service.Role & ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day bar operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.Develop and execute an innovative zero-proof menu until the liquor license is obtained.Oversee bar staff, maintain inventory levels, and ensure quality standards.Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.Lead by example, providing excellent customer service and team support.QualificationsStrong customer service and communication skills.Experience in Food & Beverage and Bartending.Knowledge of beer and wine, along with mixology and zero-proof beverage creation.Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.Certification in bartending or a relevant field is a plus.📅 Schedule: Full-time | Monday Day Off | Saturday & Sunday Break Shift 📍 Location: Mumbai Immediate Joining Required
