Experience: 3 to 6 yearsSalary: 6-15 lakhs Best in industryIndustry: Jewellery / Luxury / Fashion/ Advertising agencyLocation: Koramangala, BangaloreLooking for Top Brands and Top Institutes candidates apply.Key Responsibilities- Conceptualize and execute visual direction for campaigns, photoshoots, films, and brand collaterals. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and retail teams to translate brand strategy into compelling visuals. - Manage the execution process—across digital, print, and retail media. - Lead photoshoot planning, including mood boards, styling, lighting, and visual storytelling. - Ensure consistency of brand identity across all channels (website, social media, in-store). - Work closely with external photographers, stylists, models, and creative agencies. - Develop visual guidelines and ensure adherence to brand tone and design language. - Stay updated on art, fashion, and design trends to inspire new creative directions.Requirements- 3–6 years of experience in art direction or visual design within the jewellery, fashion, or luxury sector or Advertising agency. - Strong portfolio demonstrating Ideas, campaign direction, and brand storytelling. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro). - Exceptional eye for composition, typography, and luxury branding. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred from reputed colleges.
