OverviewThe Senior Account Manager is a critical client-facing role responsible for managing and growing key client relationships while overseeing the execution and delivery of strategic projects.This role demands a blend of strategic planning, rigorous project management, and a focus on operational efficiency to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.The incumbent will play a key role in business development, directly contributing to the achievement of annual revenue growth targets.Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and strategic Senior Account Manager to manage the end-to-end client engagement lifecycle, from strategic planning to project delivery. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as the primary liaison between the client and the creative team, and leading the planning and scheduling of project timelines. The ideal candidate must be result-driven, ensuring timely project delivery, regular performance tracking, and actively contributing to business development goals and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities and Account Management DeliverablesClient Strategy and Relationship Management:- Lead Strategic planning for brands under management, ensuring marketing and creative efforts align with the client's business objectives and overall vision.- Developing and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.- Directing and controlling the activity and catering to clients requirement, clearly translating their needs into actionable briefs for internal teams.Project Management and Delivery:- Planning and scheduling project timelines in collaboration with the Clients and the internal creative and technical teams.- Responsible for timely delivery of Projects, managing resource allocation, scope, and quality assurance throughout the execution phase.- Developing procedures to ensure smooth process and workflow between departments (e.g., Creative, Media, Strategy) to maximize efficiency and project predictability.Performance Tracking and Revenue Growth:- Tracking activity performance regularly (e.g., campaign results, project KPIs) and driving the same with efficiencies through proactive optimization and reporting.- Contributing in business development efforts to achieve annual revenue growth targets through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities within the existing client portfolio.Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:- Client Management: Proven experience in Developing and maintaining client relationships and acting as a primary client director.- Strategy: Demonstrated ability in Strategic planning for brands and aligning creative output with business goals.- Project Management: Expertise in Planning and scheduling project timelines and ensuring timely delivery of Projects.- Business Acumen: Experience in Contributing in business development and managing for annual revenue growth targets.- Process Focus: Ability to Developing procedures to ensure smooth process and workflow.Preferred Skills:- Experience in a digital, media, or advertising agency environment.- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).
