Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Specialist with a strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLM), and Text-to-Speech (TTS) technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing AI/ML solutions, developing NLP pipelines, fine-tuning large language models, and working with TTS systems. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI-driven projects that have a transformative impact across industries.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models with a focus on NLP, LLM (such as GPT, BERT, etc.), and Text-to-Speech (TTS) systems.
- Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models for various applications, including conversational agents, content generation, and document understanding.
- Build and enhance NLP pipelines for text classification, named entity recognition (NER), sentiment analysis, machine translation, summarization, and more.
- Develop and integrate Text-to-Speech systems to deliver high-quality, human-like voice outputs for diverse use cases.
- Research and apply state-of-the-art techniques in machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, and transformer models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver AI-powered solutions that address business needs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of existing AI models using modern techniques for efficiency and scalability.
- Maintain and contribute to AI model versioning, performance tracking, and data pipelines to ensure high-quality, reliable production systems.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, research, and advancements in AI, NLP, TTS, and LLM and Requirements :
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLM), and Text-to-Speech (TTS) systems.
- Hands-on experience with NLP libraries such as Hugging Face, spaCy, NLTK, or Stanford NLP.
- Proficiency in working with large language models like GPT, BERT, RoBERTa, T5, or similar architectures.
- Experience with Text-to-Speech technologies such as Tacotron, WaveNet, or similar TTS models.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML deployment services like Sagemaker, AI Platform, etc.
- Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with large datasets.
- Strong understanding of deep learning concepts, including transformers, neural networks, and recurrent neural networks (RNN).
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in developing voice assistants, chatbots, or similar AI conversational agents.
- Knowledge of speech synthesis, voice cloning, and audio signal processing.
- Published research papers or contributions to open-source projects in the AI/ML space.
