Location: HyderabadCompensation: ₹40,000–₹50,000/month + Success-based incentives + EquityWhat This Role Actually IsThis role is for someone who wants real deal exposure. You will be working with CEOs, promoters, PE funds, and bankers daily — not shadowing from the sidelines. If you're sharp, hungry, and growth-obsessed, you’ll get real responsibility here.Core Responsibilities (Actual Workload) 1. Valuation & Modeling (50%)- Build DCF, Comps, Precedents, SOTP valuation models across: - D2C - Manufacturing - Renewables (Wind/Solar/Hydro) - Trading & Distribution - Reconstruct historical financials from GST, MCA, bank statements, ledgers. - Identify BS/P&L anomalies, normalize EBITDA, adjust working capital.2. Deal Execution Support (30%)- Prepare CIMs, teasers, investor packs, sanity-checked and professionally formatted. - Build investor outreach materials: dashboards, one-pagers, valuation ranges, deal analysis. - Interface with promoters to gather missing data (expect chaos and incomplete books). - Support due-diligence checklists and data-room org.3. Deal Origination Support (10%)- Join 2–3 CA networks every week for sourcing. - Conduct quick scans: revenue quality, red flags, rough valuation ranges.4. Site Visits (10%)- Travel for: - Inventory verification - Plant/factory walkthroughs - Speaking with accountants & ops staff - Report back with a ground-level reality assessment.Non-Negotiables- Excel monster — pivots, index-match, scenario cases, error tracing. - Experience with valuation & audit (Big 6, regional firms, or boutique IB). - Strong accounting interpretation (you will find mistakes, not just read numbers). - Ability to work in ambiguous spaces. - Comunication SkillsBonus Skills- Experience in renewables, cleantech, D2C, manufacturing. - Exposure to MCA filings, GST returns, banking covenants. - Strong slide design skills (PowerPoint/Canva). - Ability to speak with promoters.Success Metrics- Turnaround: 2–5 days/model or deliverable. - Valuation clarity: investor-ready, no loose ends. - Independence: minimal follow-up needed. - Deal-ready CIMs: Complete narratives.-Why This Role MattersYour work directly affects whether deals open, investors engage, and Samaveda scales.You make the numbers believable. Zero bureaucracy. - You’ll work directly with the founder and CTO. - Your work will be visible to PE firms, family offices, and CEOs. - You won’t get this access for 5+ years in a traditional firm. - You’ll build the financial backbone of 10-20 deals in your first year. - That’s equivalent to 3-4 years of exposure elsewhere. - You’ll be an early hire in a fast-scaling IB with tech at the core. - The upside is massive if you perform.
