The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, R, SQL, and Machine Learning, with hands-on experience in building and deploying AI-driven models.- You will work closely with our product and technology teams to develop data-driven solutions that enhance credit decisions and business performance.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.- 4-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.- Strong programming skills in Python and R (experience with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch preferred).- Solid understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and AI techniques.- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.- Experience building, training, and deploying AI/ML models in real-world applications.- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.- Join WeCredit to be part of a fast-growing fintech revolution, where data, AI, and innovation drive real impact and growth.
