The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF), Synapse, and Databricks, with a solid foundation in ETL, SQL, and data warehousing concepts.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement ETL solutions using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and DataBricks. - Perform data cleansing and migration using Python. - Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL/T-SQL/PL-SQL queries and stored procedures. - Collaborate directly with clients and business teams to understand requirements and suggest optimal solutions. - Lead conversations with clients independently to propose best-fit data engineering approaches. - Ensure development adheres to best practices, coding standards, and modern data architecture principles. - Conduct unit, integration, system, and performance testing. - Participate in release estimation and planning. - Support, maintain, and enhance existing data solutions.Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 4–8 years of experience delivering end-to-end ETL projects. - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Azure ADF. - Knowledge of Databricks (PySpark/PySense) is an added advantage. - Strong understanding of DWH concepts, SQL Server, and the Azure ecosystem. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients. - Must be comfortable with background verification (BGV).
