As an Accounts Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping. You will be responsible for various accounting functions, including but not limited to, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting in tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Record-Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software and spreadsheets.
  • Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Bank Reconciliation:
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Tax Compliance:
  • Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Financial Analysis:
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making.
  • Client Communication:
  • Communicate with clients regarding financial matters, addressing queries and providing necessary information.
  • Compliance and Regulation:
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Advisory Support:
  • Provide financial advice and recommendations to clients based on their specific situations and goals.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with other team members, including senior accountants and partners, to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Professional Development:
  • Stay updated with the latest accounting principles, practices, and industry trends.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CA.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a CA firm.


Skills:


  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
