Location: Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune (Remote)

Job Description:

  • 6+ years of overall experience, with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience on MENDIX.
  • Proven track record of working on one or more MENDIX solutions from development to deployment.
  • Strong background in data modeling and structures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to communicate complex subjects in a simple manner to motivate, coach, and evaluate team members.
  • Determining best practices for developing in MENDIX, setting standards, and ensuring execution.
  • Experienced in Scrum-Agile methodologies and working in a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Thorough understanding of technology choice issues, including capacity, response time, data interfacing, client-server communication, industry standard technologies, and new industry trends.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications using the Mendix low-code platform.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure the quality of resulting applications.
