Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced SEO and Website Manager to join our team.

This role requires a deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, as well as expertise in website design and development.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving organic growth, optimizing websites for search engines, and collaborating with web developers to create SEO-friendly designs.


Skill set required

• In-depth knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO Principles and website technologies.

• Strong familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and more..

• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix) and their SEO functionalities.

• Excellent understanding of web architecture, mobile SEO, and site speed optimization with basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and website development

•Strong understanding of UI and UX to brief the design and development to create new pages.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain SEO concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and concepts.

• Strong ownership and stakeholder management skills.


Tasks and Responsibilities:•

Develop and implement comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend assessments to inform content creation and optimization efforts.

• Optimize website elements, including meta tags, headings, URLs, internal linking, and content structure to improve on-page SEO performance.

• Lead link-building campaigns and create effective backlink strategies to enhance domain authority and rankings.

• Conduct regular SEO audits to identify issues with site performance, speed, indexing, and crawlability; provide solutions to address any technical SEO challenges.

• Collaborate with teams and ensure the website is SEO and user-friendly.

• Collaborate with the CX team to understand the query pattern and improve the FAQs section to reduce the support queries.

• Monitor and analyze website analytics, providing actionable insights to enhance performance and user experience.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

• Create and manage SEO reports, tracking KPIs such as rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.


Qualifications

• Engineer with proven experience as an SEO and website manager with at least 5-7 years of experience in an NBFC
