The ideal candidate should have basic computer skills, proficiency in MS Office, working knowledge of Adobe applications, and the ability to prepare quotations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain company computer systems and IT infrastructure. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral devices. Ensure smooth operation of all desktop and server systems. Maintain and update MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Prepare quotations, presentations, and other documents as required. Monitor system performance and ensure security and data backups. Assist employees with technical issues and provide timely resolutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3 – 4 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar IT role. Strong knowledge of MS Office suite. Basic computer troubleshooting and maintenance skills. Familiarity with Adobe applications. Ability to prepare professional quotations and office documents. Good communication skills and ability to work with a team. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
