Job Title: Product Owner
Experience: 10-12 Years
Job Summary:
- Lead the development and optimization of healthcare product suites.
- Define product strategy to enhance customer experiences and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g , HL7, FHIR).
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on requirements and priorities.
- Understand customer challenges and define clear product requirements.
- Conduct product demos to showcase solutions to customers.
- Guide agile teams and mentor them in Scrum-based practices.
- Develop and prioritize the product backlog for timely feature delivery.
- Conduct competitor analysis and define user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Oversee the creation and review of product documentation and resources.
- Support presales activities, including responding to RFX processes.
- Create prototypes and lead design sessions for solution definition.
- Mentor junior team members and provide strategic guidance.
Required Skills and Expertise:
- Familiarity with healthcare standards like HL7, FHIR, CMS Star Ratings, and HEDIS.
- Proven leadership in product strategy and lifecycle management.
- Expertise in agile methodologies and Scrum-based execution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in systems engineering and modeling Certified Product Owner (e.g , CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare technology or digital health.
- Knowledge of CMS Star program and HEDIS quality measures.
- Proven expertise in product demos and presales activities.
