About the job:



Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event vision, preferences, and requirements.
  • Coordinate with in-house teams (decor, catering, etc.) and external vendors to plan and execute events.
  • Oversee event timelines, ensuring all preparations are completed on schedule.
  • Provide creative input and guidance to enhance event experiences.

Guest Relations:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and their guests during events.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Facilitate smooth check-ins for guests staying on-site, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain a welcoming environment throughout the event.

Operations and Coordination:

  • Conduct pre-event walkthroughs and manage event day logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with venue policies and procedures.
  • Supervise event setup and teardown processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, event details, and post-event feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event planning, hospitality, or guest relations (minimum 1-2 years preferred). (Don't apply without any prior experience)
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Proficiency in event management tools and basic office software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in high-end wedding or event venues.
  • Knowledge of local vendors and service providers.
  • Fluency in [regional languages, e.g., Kannada and Hindi] and English.
