We seek a highly skilled and experienced professional to take on the Head of Subsidiaries & SAP Project Management role. The successful candidate will oversee SAP module configuration, implementation, and management, ensuring seamless project execution and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on SAP Configuration:

Expert knowledge and hands-on experience configuring SAP Transport Management (TM) and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) in SAP S4 HANA landscapes.

Working knowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).

Proficiency in SAP Ariba.

SAP Module Knowledge:

Comprehensive overview knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), SD (Sales and Distribution), and PM (Plant Maintenance).

Project Management:

Lead end-to-end project management for SAP initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.

Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to achieve project objectives.

Stakeholder Management:

Coordinate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide appropriate SAP solutions.

Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for SAP projects.

Leadership and Management:

Exhibit strong leadership attributes suitable for middle management.

Mentor and guide the SAP team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work degree (B Tech) or Master's degree (M Tech / MBA) in a relevant field.

At least 12-15 years of total experience in SAP, with a proven track record in SAP project management.

SAP certifications are preferable and will be considered an advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong expertise in SAP TM and VIM configuration on SAP S4 HANA.

Good knowledge of SAP EWM and SAP Ariba.

Familiarity with SAP MM, PP, SD, and PM modules.

Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing complex SAP projects.

Effective stakeholder management and coordination capabilities.

Leadership qualities, including team management and mentorship.
