This role requires a deep understanding of the MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) ecosystem in India.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Build Vendor Network: Spearhead the establishment of a comprehensive vendor network from ground zero in a start-up environment, driving growth from 0 to 1.

- Utilize your expertise to identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors who align with the company's requirements and standards.

- Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategic plans for expanding and optimizing the vendor network.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify vendor needs and capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- MSME Ecosystem Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of the MSME ecosystem in India, including regulatory requirements, market trends, and potential challenges.

- Leverage this understanding to navigate and capitalize on opportunities within the vendor landscape.

- Vendor Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential vendors.

- Act as the primary point of contact, addressing vendor inquiries, negotiating contracts, and resolving any issues that may arise.

- Foster a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership between the company and its Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience (6+ years) in vendor development and management, particularly in start-up environments.

- Demonstrated success in building vendor networks from scratch and driving growth initiatives.

- Strong understanding of the MSME ecosystem in India, including regulatory frameworks and market dynamics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop actionable plans.
